Fitness Goals



The first step to becoming the person you want to be is setting a goal.  Once you've set your goal you can start mapping your route to health and success!

Maybe this year you want to run a 5k, or do a sprint triathlon.  Maybe you want to run your first half or full marathon.  Maybe you are really excited to do your first Ironman!

Whatever your goal is, it's yours and you should be proud!  The best way to hold yourself ACCOUNTABLE for that goal is to tell as many people about it as you can!

Here are my fitness goals for 2012... some are iffy and some are already paid and confirmed.

January - learn to ride a bike/purchase a bike
February - practice practice practice biking & swimming!!!
March 17 - Publix Georgia Half Marathon (paid and confirmed)
April 28 - John Tanner Sprint Triathlon (first triathlon ever!!!)
May 12 - Gulf Coast Half IM. BOOM. HAPPENING.  
May 19 - Warrior Dash (paid and confirmed).
July 7 - Chattanooga Olympic Triathlon
August - ???
September - ???
October 7 - Chicago Marathon
November - ???
December - ???

Other goals:
-hike Stone Mountain at least 5 times
-sprinkle in some yoga/hot yoga

    April: Dash for Organ and Tissue Donor Awareness 5K
    June: Strides for Strokes 5K

    Last year I ran walked two 5ks in about 35 mins... my goal for June is to run the whole thing :)
